University Admission Process
Profile Assessment and Audit
The Student Counsellors of AEA Consultants Inc. will conduct a comprehensive audit of the student’s academic profile, test scores, extracurricular activities, work experience (if applicable), and career objectives.
University Shortlisting
Based on the profile evaluation, AEA Consultants Inc. will identify and recommend suitable universities and programs that align with the student’s academic background, budget, and future goals.
Document Collection
The student will provide all required documents, including academic transcripts, certificates, passport copy, English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL), resume, statement of purpose, and any other institution-specific requirements.
Application Preparation
AEA Consultants Inc. will prepare and review all application materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university admission requirements.
University Applications
AEA Consultants Inc. will submit applications to the selected universities on behalf of the student and monitor the application progress.
Document Collection
The student will provide all required documents, including academic transcripts, certificates, passport copy, English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL), resume, statement of purpose, and any other institution-specific requirements.
Admission Offers
Universities will evaluate the applications and issue admission decisions. AEA Consultants Inc. will assist the student in reviewing and selecting the most suitable admission offer.
Acceptance of Offer
Upon selection of the preferred university, AEA Consultants Inc. will guide the student through the offer acceptance process and any required enrollment formalities.
Pay Security Tution Deposit
- Most universities require a tuition fee deposit before issuing a CAS.
- The amount varies by university.
Obtain CAS
- After meeting all conditions and paying the deposit, the university issues a CAS.
- The CAS contains your course details and is required for the visa application.

Embassy Visa Process
After receiving your CAS, you will apply for a UK Student Visa by submitting the online application, paying the visa fee (approximately £524–£558) and the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) at £776 per year, along with biometric enrollment at the visa application center. The embassy may also conduct a credibility interview to assess your study plans, finances, and intent. Once approved, your visa will be issued allowing you to travel and study in the UK.
