- For private universities tution fee confirmation slip is required.
University Admission Process
Profile Assessment and Audit
The Student Counsellors of AEA Consultants Inc. will conduct a comprehensive audit of the student’s academic profile, test scores, extracurricular activities, work experience (if applicable), and career objectives.
University Shortlisting
Based on the profile evaluation, AEA Consultants Inc. will identify and recommend suitable universities and programs that align with the student’s academic background, budget, and future goals.
Document Collection
The student will provide all required documents, including academic transcripts, certificates, passport copy, English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL), resume, statement of purpose, and any other institution-specific requirements.
Application Preparation
AEA Consultants Inc. will prepare and review all application materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university admission requirements.
University Applications
AEA Consultants Inc. will submit applications to the selected universities on behalf of the student and monitor the application progress.
Document Collection
The student will provide all required documents, including academic transcripts, certificates, passport copy, English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL), resume, statement of purpose, and any other institution-specific requirements.
Admission Offers
Universities will evaluate the applications and issue admission decisions. AEA Consultants Inc. will assist the student in reviewing and selecting the most suitable admission offer.
Acceptance of Offer & Health Insurance
Upon selection of the preferred university, AEA Consultants Inc. will guide the student through the offer acceptance process and any required enrollment formalities and health insurance confirmation from insurance company.
Block Account
Student need to transfer amount of EUR 12,000 in the block account
Document Preparation
AEA Consultants Inc. will guide the student to make his/her documents ready for the embassy.
Embassy Visa Process
After opening the blocked account and preparing the required documents, applicants complete the VIDEX visa application form, book their appointment, and attend the visa interview at the German Embassy or Consulate. During the interview, they submit documents, provide biometrics, answer questions regarding their study plans and finances, and await the visa decision.
