Educational Documents
- Matric and Intermediate certificates
- Bachelor’s degree and transcripts (for Master’s applicants)
- Master’s degree and transcripts (for PhD applicants)
- Admission letter from the university
- IELTS/TOEFL score report
- GRE/GMAT score report (if applicable)
Financial Documents
- Bank statements (typically last 1 year) and 28 days balance locked approx : AUD55,000 – AUD90,000
- Sponsor affidavit/support letter
- Sponsor’s salary slips or business documents
- Tax returns (if available)
- Scholarship award letter (if applicable)
- Education loan sanction letter (if applicable)
- Property or asset documents (optional but helpful)
University Admission Process
Profile Assessment and Audit
The Student Counsellors of AEA Consultants Inc. will conduct a comprehensive audit of the student’s academic profile, test scores, extracurricular activities, work experience (if applicable), and career objectives.
University Shortlisting
Based on the profile evaluation, AEA Consultants Inc. will identify and recommend suitable universities and programs that align with the student’s academic background, budget, and future goals.
Document Collection
The student will provide all required documents, including academic transcripts, certificates, passport copy, English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL), resume, statement of purpose, and any other institution-specific requirements.
Application Preparation
AEA Consultants Inc. will prepare and review all application materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university admission requirements.
University Applications
AEA Consultants Inc. will submit applications to the selected universities on behalf of the student and monitor the application progress.
Document Collection
The student will provide all required documents, including academic transcripts, certificates, passport copy, English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL), resume, statement of purpose, and any other institution-specific requirements.
Admission Offers
Universities will evaluate the applications and issue admission decisions. AEA Consultants Inc. will assist the student in reviewing and selecting the most suitable admission offer.
Acceptance of Offer
Upon selection of the preferred university, AEA Consultants Inc. will guide the student through the offer acceptance process and any required enrollment formalities.
Pay Security Tution Fee Deposit
Pay the security tution fee deposit
Receiving COE
After paying your tution fee, We will be having the Confirmation of enrollment letter i.e COE of the student.
Financial Documentation
Upon selection of the preferred university, AEA Consultants Inc. will guide the student through the offer acceptance process and any required enrollment formalities.
Embassy Visa Process
After receiving the Form I-20 and completing the SEVIS fee payment, AEA Consultants Inc. will assist the student with the DS-160 application, visa fee payment, and appointment scheduling. Our Student Counsellors will also provide document review and interview preparation support throughout the U.S. Embassy visa process.
