  2. Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
  3. Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce
  4. Company Income Tax returns for the last 3 years (If filed separately)
  5. Original Business Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Business Name and Account No. on the Bank’s letterhead with a seal and sign of the bank officer
